Theodore Vokos
Theodoros Vokos joined Posidonia Exhibitions S.A. in 2003 and is the company’s Managing Director since 2017. He is responsible for the international shipping exhibition Posidonia and launched the Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum in 2011, which has become the most important event for the cruise industry in the East Med region.

Mr. Vokos holds an M.A. in International Relations & European Studies from the University of Kent at Canterbury and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Prior to joining Posidonia Exhibitions he served as a Special Advisor to the Secretary General for Industry at the Ministry of Development and as the Public Relations Manager at Unisystems SA Information Technology.

Mr. Vokos was a member of the team that launched the “Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development” exhibition and conference in 2008, at Zappeion Megaron, in cooperation with the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He speaks Greek, German and English.

Kyriakos PozrikidisDr. Kyriakos Pozrikidis is a graduate of the School of Economics of Aristotle University of
Thessaloniki and holds a post-graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the
University of Wales. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Macedonia. He has authored books
regarding Exhibiting Marketing and has also publiced dozens of studies. He has served as a
member of the Board (1995 – 1998) and as President (1998 – 2000) of the European Tourism
Trade Fairs Association. He is a member of the Board (2012 – today) of the Global Association of
Exhibition Organizers (Union des Foires Internationals). He served as the president of the Central
European Fairs Alliance – CEFA. 

He is a certified member of the International Association of Professional Exhibition Organisers (IAEM). He currently serves as CEO of TIF-HELEXPO, the national exhibition agency.

Evangelos Charalambous was born and raised in Mytilene, Greece. He studied Business Administration in Athens and later specialized in Strategic Management and Marketing, gaining in-depth knowledge in strategic management and modern market trends. Additionally, he holds certifications in Business Administration and Marketing Strategy, enhancing his expertise with the latest and most innovative industry practices.

Since 1997, he has been actively involved in Event Management, specifically in the organization and production of exhibitions and conferences. With his extensive professional experience, he has played a pivotal role in connecting businesses and organizations on an international level. At the same time, he has authored numerous publications on industry developments.

With vision and strategy, in 2004, he founded Be-Best, a member of UFI (Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) and SOKEE (Greek Exhibition Industry Association), which has become one of Greece’s leading companies in the exhibition sector with an international presence. Today, Evangelos Charalambous serves as the CEO of the company, leading it with innovation and dedication.

As an active member of institutional organizations, he holds the position of Board Member at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (A.C.C.I), and is a member of the Innovation & Startups Sector and the Education, New Technologies, and Vocational Training Sector of A.C.C.I. Additionally, he serves as the General Secretary of the Greek Exhibition Organizers and Builders Association (SOKEE), representing the Greek exhibition industry at an international level. Finally, he is a member of the Worldwide Business Association (WBA), strengthening Greece’s presence on the global business map.

At the same time, he is a founding member and President of the Institute of Sports and Wellness (IAE), known as GR ACTIVE, a non-profit organization that promotes collaboration among businesses with a focus on sports and well-being.

Evangelos GalatsopoulosHe was born in Toumpa, Thessaloniki and studied Interior Architecture. Parallel to his studies, he
started his professional activity in the field of exhibition stands in the family business of wooden
constructions and in 1983 he founded “Evangelos Galatsopoulos & Co G.P.” which evolved into
“EXPOSYSTEM S.A.” that soon emerged as a leading Group in the field of exhibition
constructions and marketing. Headquartered in Thessaloniki where it owns 2 industrial plants
and 2 warehouses with a total covered area of 10,000 sq.m., with a branch and storage areas of
2,500 sq.m. in Anthousa, Attica, with the establishment of a subsidiary company specialized in
providing electricity services and installations (EXPOLIGHT), his Group is a strategic partner in
the provision of integrated support services for exhibition organizers and exhibitors in the three
largest exhibition centers in Greece (at METROPOLITAN EXPO and TIF through its subsidiary
EXPOWORK and at MEC Peania). At the same time, his Group undertakes the design and
construction of large and/or specialized projects in exhibitions around the world either directly
or through the subsidiary ARAB EXPO based in Dubai & Jeddah, as well as the support of the
organization of leading events such as the Olympic Games, the EXPO bidding, the EU Summits, the National Vaccination Program, large Congresses of more than 5,000 delegates, etc. Today, Evangelos Galatsopoulos leads a business group with over 200 employees and dozens of partners, with a parallel personal contribution to the exhibition industry (Treasurer of SOKEE) and sports (president of ESAKE- Greek Basket League for 6 years) dedicating a significant part of his creativity at the service of society and the youth.

Sofoklis IosifidisBorn in Thessaloniki in 1953. Graduated from the university of Florence in 1976 with a degree in Architecture. He is currently VP & CEO at Interform, one of the leading exhibition services
companies in Greece, active since 1981.

Has served as board member at Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce for 5 years (2012-2017), VP
at the Greek-Italian Chamber for 12 years (2006-2018) and board member at Federation of Industries of Northern Greece for 10 years (2005-2015). He is currently serving as board
member at SOKEE.

He speaks Greek and Italian fluently, French and English at competent level.

Alexis Lagoudakis

Alexis Lagoudakis has been working in the events industry since joining ROTA S.A. in 1998. In his
position as managing director, Alexis has overseen the growth of ROTA to a regional group with activities in multiple countries and more than 12 shows annually. In the process, ROTA has collaborated with other trade show organizing companies, and developed two exhibition
centres in Athens with a total surface of over 90,000 square meters.

Alexis holds a degree in Mathematics from Athens University and an M.Sc. in Information
Systems from London School of Economics and Social Sciences.

Prior to ROTA, he has worked as a consultant to the IT and communications industry in Germany and Greece.

Thanos PanagouliasAthanasios Panagoulias has been the President / CEO of FORUM SA since the end of 2020. He started at the company in 2006 and in a short period of time was promoted to the position of Sales Director – Commercial Director (2008). With the sale of the company to the German Nurnberg Messe Group, he became President / CEO of FORUM AE. He is responsible for the entire portfolio of nine exhibitions, as well as four magazines of the company.

Mr. Panagoulias holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing & Management from Manchester
Metropolitan University, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree from the National &  Kapodistrian
University of Athens (Department of Economic Sciences). Before joining Forum AE, he worked
for a number of years in Great Britain as Store Manager of a retail chain.

He speaks Greek and English fluently.

He is married, with two children.
