Presentation of the ALCO Study

The importance of exhibitions to the economy, tourism, and the country’s international profile is highlighted in the new study titled “Greek Exhibitions: Visitor and Exhibitor Survey – The Profile and Economic Behavior of Exhibition Participants and Visitors.” The study was conducted by the Greek Exhibition Industry Association (SOKEE) in collaboration with marketing research and polling company ALCO.

The findings were presented on Thursday, March 26, 2026, offering for the first time a systematic overview of the exhibition sector’s true economic impact in Greece.
